Our consultation and scope process ensures every property viewing is focused and efficient. The Viewing

We uncover every detail so you can invest with confidence

Once you’ve identified a property you’re interested in, I will liaise with the agent to arrange a viewing on your behalf. During the visit, I conduct a thorough inspection, taking detailed photographs of each room, the front and rear of the property, and any notable features or issues—such as the boiler, fuse board, damp patches, or visible damage. Wherever possible, I also record a walk-through video of the interior, along with clips of the surrounding streets and neighbourhood, providing a comprehensive view so you can make an informed decision.

Report of Findings

Comprehensive feedback that gives you clarity, not just photos

After the viewing, I provide a detailed report of my findings, including photos, videos, and observations of both the property and surrounding area. I share my professional insights on the condition and potential of the property, and I’m available to answer any specific questions you may have during follow-up conversations—ensuring you have the clarity and confidence to decide your next steps.

I charge £75 per property viewing, which includes a full inspection, photos, videos, and my professional insights. If you’d like multiple properties viewed during the same visit, I can offer a discounted rate for additional viewings.
